​1. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations

• Appointments are binding.

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be confirmed in writing (via email or SMS) at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Otherwise, the full session fee will be charged.

2. Payment Terms

• Coaching session fees must be paid in advance.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, Twint, Maestro, or cash, and must be settled prior to the start of the coaching session.

3. Confidentiality

• All content discussed during coaching sessions will be kept confidential.

• Information will not be shared with third parties without the client's consent.

4. Disclaimer

• The coaching services provided by NeuroReFocus are not medical treatment in the traditional sense and do not replace it.

• The coach is not responsible for any physical or mental health consequences resulting from the coaching sessions.

• The client is responsible for ensuring that they are not in an acute health or mental crisis, in which case medical treatment should be sought.

5. Changes to the T&C

• The coach reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

• Any changes will be communicated to the client in writing and will take effect 14 days after notification, unless the client objects.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions will be governed by Swiss law.

• The jurisdiction will be Zurich, unless otherwise required by law.
