My Approach
Transforming Thought and Behavior: A Holistic Approach to Lasting Change
My coaching method blends talk therapy with cognitive-behavioral, experiential, and relationship-focused techniques to facilitate deep, lasting change in thought and behavior.
Talk Therapy at the Core
At its foundation, my approach uses talk therapy to foster open dialogue, helping clients gain clarity and self-awareness, which sets the stage for transformation.
Cognitive Behavioral Insights
I integrate cognitive-behavioral principles to identify and reshape entrenched thought patterns or “schemas” shaped by early experiences, aiming to shift perceptions and behaviors.
Hypnosis for Deep Transformation
In addition to traditional methods, I offer hypnosis to address deeply rooted fears, blockages, and negative beliefs, reshaping emotional responses for lasting change.
Submodalities for Lasting Impact
During hypnosis, I guide clients to adjust mental images, sounds, and physical sensations, creating powerful shifts in perception and emotional responses, leading to long-term transformation.
COACHING MODELS
I use two proven models in my coaching process, each supporting different stages of collaboration with my clients.
At the start, I apply the GROW model to clarify goals and assess the current situation. Together, we define clear objectives, identify gaps, explore options, and create actionable steps. This model ensures a structured approach to achieving measurable results.
Once we have clarity, I shift to the CLEAR model for implementation. We begin with clear agreements, followed by active listening to uncover challenges. Together, we explore solutions and create an action plan. Finally, we review progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure lasting success.
By combining the GROW model for goal setting and the CLEAR model for action, I offer a comprehensive, results-oriented coaching experience.
GROw model
Goal: The first step in the coaching process is to establish a clear goal. This phase is about pinpointing exactly what the coachee aims to achieve. By asking questions like "What do I want to accomplish?" and "How will I recognize success?" the goal becomes both specific and measurable, setting the stage for tangible progress. Reality: At this stage, the focus shifts to the coachee's current situation. What are the challenges or obstacles in their path? What resources are already available? By reflecting on the present reality, the coachee can better understand the gap between where they are and where they want to be, identifying what’s working and what needs adjustment. Options: In this quadrant, the emphasis is on exploring potential solutions. What options are available to reach the goal? What alternatives can be considered? This phase encourages creative thinking and examines different paths, helping the coachee weigh their choices and explore new possibilities. Will: The final step brings focus to execution. What concrete actions will the coachee take to reach their goal? This is about taking responsibility, developing a clear action plan, and ensuring the commitment and motivation are in place to follow through on the necessary steps.

CLEAR model
C – Contracting: The coaching journey begins by establishing a clear framework for the relationship. In this phase, the expectations, goals, and process of coaching are discussed. The coach and coachee agree on the focus and approach for the coaching process, ensuring both parties are aligned on the work ahead. L – Listening: Active listening is crucial at this stage. The coach listens attentively to the coachee, seeking to fully understand their perspective and build trust. By asking targeted questions, the coach delves into the coachee's thoughts, emotions, and challenges, gaining insight into their needs and aspirations. E – Exploring: Here, the coach and coachee collaborate to explore solutions, ideas, and possibilities. The coach encourages the coachee to adopt different perspectives and identify new approaches to tackle challenges or reach their desired goals. A – Action: The next step is about planning concrete actions. The coach works with the coachee to create a clear, actionable plan and ensures that the coachee remains motivated and committed to taking the necessary steps to achieve their goals. R – Review: The final phase is a review of progress. This is the time to reflect on what has worked, what obstacles have arisen, and what can be improved. The coach and coachee assess whether the goals have been achieved and determine if adjustments to the action plan are needed. The CLEAR model emphasizes deep reflection and a strong, trust-based relationship between coach and coachee. It highlights the importance of listening and ongoing review to maintain the effectiveness of the coaching process.
